    dodgy parking officers that will take sneaky photos of your car and claim that it is parked illegally while you are sitting in it waiting for someone to vacate a carpark.

    Bad customer service experience. I live in a street with parking restrictions and a utility is doing some works in my driveway so I rang them asking if they could make a note or something for today as we moved in recently and don't have parking permits yet...the officer said you acn contest the fine if you get one...I can't help you today make sure you comply with restrictions. Not helpful and ruthless.

    Continually disappointed with parking fines being incorrectly issued on Patty Street, Mentone. End result is I park my vehicle in the narrower unrestricted Spencer Street, Mentone. Thank you for inconveniencing myself and the residents of Spencer Street.
