I rang the next day to confirm what i had been told on the sunday, because i have been told many times by other hairhouse warehouse stores to come back if i needed my jewellery changed, and I was told by the girl on the phone..."yes, our piercer does change jewellery".

Quite dissapointed with the Southland store. I went in on a Sunday arvo, there were no customers in the store, and the two girls working that day were standing there having a chat.

I asked if the piercer could change my labret peircing to another peice of jewellery and one of the girls said that their piercer doesnt change jewellery and directed me to another shop in the centre.
