  Felt very nervous about leaving my samsung s7 edge there for repair, it was playing up; restarting by itself and the screen was unresponsive at times. When putting in my pass code into the phone saw the service guy looking over my shoulder, so very nervous about what he did with my phone after I left. So had to have my phone sent away. I asked for a loan phone as I use my phone for work and they gave me some old virtually useless phone and is causing all sorts of problems. Was contacted and told I will be getting a replacement, but was going to take 2 weeks to get. OMG!! Why cant I just go and get a replacement from a samsung store?? Be careful Samsung, you'll end up being no competition against Apple, who I'm tempted to go back to.

  Awesome service from Josh and the team yesterday, defiantly knew his stuff about the products. He offered me a great deal on trading in my IPhone6 (more than twice what Apple offered for it). I came home with a new s7. I Couldn't be happier with the service.

  Call customer services now 4 times and over 2 hours in totall to be told again that Samsung cannot suplly the phone within the agreed time due to over demand.

  Spoke with some old guy there and he didn't seem to have a understanding between 3g and 4g, it was all "data" to him, so yeah pretty useless getting a lecture from some dinosaur on how things not really are, but whatever just nodded and went to the city store

  Jimmy the asian techie at samsung southland is the man you want to speak to! Initially some bearded joker tried to con me into buy an s8 when all i wanted was to either claim a warranty or replace my faulty s5. Im happy that i came back to ask for Jimmy, he sorted me out on the spot. He was really knowledgeable and helpful loading all my contacts and backing up my phone to my gmail account. It seems this store is very hit and miss, but was lucky enough to get him in the afternoon. Thanks again you're a legend!
