  I just went in to the apple store Southland for an iwatch review and the representative Rahul was ruder arrogant, dismissive and refused to listen or communicate. He made an assessment about what may ahve caused damage without listening, empathising seems like the apple brand is losing its soul and appeal.

  I had a broken key on my mac book keyboard. It was out of warranty - but they happily replaced the damaged key from an spare mac book. They could've charged me $20, $50, $100 who knows, but they didn't.

  Not only are Apple at the forefront of technology, they are also at the forefront of good old fashioned customer service. This is forever why I'll stay loyal to Apple. It's good to see not everyone's out there to make a buck off you!

  Best Apple store I have been to with great customer service!!! After a walk in with no appointment and being told it was a 45 minute wait I was seen within 15 minutes. I was looked after by Russell who was amazing, very friendly & very knowledgeable. Russell also had other customers sitting next to me he tended to while we were waiting for the backups to finish on the new phone who also mentioned he was really good.

  Just another typical Apple Store. Not sure why they think there something special. When in training are staff told to have attitudes? If so,well done.
