  Bought Enchanted Garden drawing book and was recommended a set of pencils that looked like coloured pencils to go with the book. Turned out I paid $8.50 for six crappy black white pencils! Wanted to return at their Eastland shop and was told each store is individually owned and can't do returns. Then called the Southland shop and was told that it was damaged item and they have this return policy which excludes all stationary items.

  Was after a popular book last month so tried ringing the store - the number switched straight to the fax. Even their main Collins street office couldn't get through - but they could see in there inventory they had one copy of book in the store. I drive to the shop only to find they didn't have the book. I noticed at the counter when the phone rings no one answers it (even when the're not busy) I mentioned this to them.

  I found the staff here to be very helpful in placing a pre-order for my daughter and again on the phone when I mislaid the pre-order slip. Always pleasant and welcoming in the store too.

  They had the play I wanted, they also have beautiful gifts, stationary, calendars and trinkets, and you get a good discount if you are a member!

  The next time (today) rang the store again - no reply - same thing, what is it with this store (looks to be staffed by a heap of young girls)
